Important – New Password Required

As you will have seen, we have made a lot of changes to the Formpro site.

While many of these changes are cosmetic, we have also changed the platform and backend.

Password Reset

We have imported all your account details but as part of the change you will need to reset your password.

Instructions

1. Click on this link to reset your password: https://formpro.co.nz/my-account/lost-password/
2. Enter your user name or email address and click Submit.  An email with the subject “Password reset for Formpro” will be sent to your account email address.  Note: if you can’t find the email in your main email folder, check your Junk or Spam folder.
3. From the email, click on the link: Click here to reset your password
4. Change your password. It needs to be at least Medium Strength. Call Neil on 027 352 6402 or email him at formpro@formpro.co.nz if you want help.
5. Login using your account name or email and the new password you have just saved.
