As there is every Monday, you can login for free to the Formpro Ratings to get all the information you need to sort out the winners. David’s bet of the day won well last week and with fifteen races today, he has a few races to sort through to find the best again.
Watch out for the details on how to join in on our quaddie syndicate tomorrow.
Some Blackbookers from the last few days are below:
Thom Brown in the fourth race at Riccarton did well coming from thirteenth in a race suited to on pace runners. He came home in 33.24 and will have improved with that as well, as it was his first run for two months.
Johnny Jones in the fifth race at Riccarton was travelling well coming to the turn but was boxed in all the way to the line, full of running. The start before he was caught wide all the way and did well. Third time lucky?
So Brazen in the last race at Riccarton was also very unlucky. She was held up until the race was all but over. Trainer, Michael Pitman, was confident she would win before the race too.
Switch Pitcher in the sixth race at Te Aroha was caught four wide in the open most of the way, but still kept coming strongly for second. She is stronger now and third up next start, should be hard to beat.
Grand Eagle in the third race at Te Aroha ran into a smart one in Aniceta. But he found the line strongly for second and looks to have a good future from the strong Tony Pike stable.
