Heads Up below answering questions about the TAB site and a bit of a rant. You can also win a $20 multi bet for next week.
Two early Quality bets at Rosehill for tomorrow.
Early multi:
Race 4 3.20 p.m.
Head to head Rocha Clock $1.80 yes easily covered to beat Bandersnatch: RC showed real class last start to win and is very likely to be in the 1×1 with Bandersnatch very likely to lead. He averaged 12.05 200m last start and is likely to do the same here which is quick enough fpor RC to settle and beat him. So she will be right on the back of the right horse, Dawn Passage and he won’t want it to be a sprint home so will get going early giving Rocha Clock a nice drag into it, and she should be too fast for Bandersnatch in the run home with 2kgs up her sleeve and fitter third up.
Suggested early multi: The H2H above with Morphetville Race 3 7.Symphonette for a place at $1.50 FF $10 returns $27
Morphetville
Race 3 3.10 p.m.
Confidence: 3/5 Quality bet 3 units at $3.80 FF
7.Symphonette fresh up got back off a decent tempo 3w in the open and from the turn really put in strongly to run second running 34.05/11.95 ( Fastest L200 of race) while the winner had a better run 3 back inner and cut corners. She drops in class, has won second up before and maps to get back behind at least and even tempo and with the 1.5kgs off, looks well placed to get over these late. RP $2.50, $3.80 FF
Race 7
Confidence: 4/5
5.Fituese was very impressive winning here fresh up with a speed rating of 116, the second best all day against older horses. And her class ratings places her extremely well on 54.5kgs in this. She is fitter, drawn to land in the first four, and when you can only find bad luck as the only reason a horse can get beaten, especially if they are an on pace runner, they are always very hard to beat. RP $1.50, $2.40 FF 4.8 units with the Value Staking Plan 11.5 units returned
Race 8
Confidence: 3/5
1.Amangiri last start third up she showed her will to win when trailing and almost stopped in her tracks going for an inside gap. She then balanced up again, led and held out Another Dollar which won very well last Saturday. She rated the equal best SR that day and will find this slightly easier against her own sex. She goes up in weight but the good draw and map shows she is going to get the ideal run again with Irithea coming across and leading. She just has that will to win and the 1400m is ideal 4th up into her campaign and her class rating has her on top even with the top weight. RP $2.80, $4.50 FF 3.2 units with the value Staking Plan
Morphetville
Race 8 6.25 p.m.
Confidence: 3/5 Quality bet 2 units eachway
7.The Inevitable second up ran outstanding closing sectionals last start of 31.63 and 10.85 in the slower part of the track over 1000m. Last October he ran an outstanding 1.14.54 for 1300m with an SR of 131 which is only run by top class horses. He has drawn wide but I’m picking the inside will be off by this time of day. He will go back and he is the kind of horse that likes to track others then unleash, which should be ideal for him here with the nice weight. RP $5, 10 Ff 2 units a win at $9.50 FF and 2 units a place at $3.10 FF
Rosehill quaddie preview where it looks Fituese looks the standout anchor and is likely to pay $2,000 or less with her winning
Race 6
An open race where Graff is beatable.
In order: 9-4-3-1- 8-10 but any one of those could win it.
Race 7
5.Fituese should win with even just reasonable luck. David Walsh on Heads Up a couple of weeks ago said he has ridden there and it is a long straight so she should get her chance to get out and win.
Race 8
1.Amangiri is going to get the ideal run to win again and is going to be very hard to beat again.
4.Sweet Scandal looked terrific last start before the start and won accordingly. Mpas to get the right run and if Amangiri is 100%, she is the one to beat her.
Race 9
An open leg to finish with and if you are after the bigger price, go wide in this leg.
In order: 3-12-4-1-9-2-5-8
Flemington quaddie preview
Race 6 which is likely to pay more than the Sydney one.
2.King Of Leagrance looks the obvious one as he needs to win this to guarantee a start in the Melbourne Cup which is his target. But that 9 week break into a 2800m race always makes any horse beatable so take the obvious fit in form ones to beat him as well. Or you could anchor him and take the other 3 as savers.
In order: 2-12 1st -7-9
Race 7
4.Rupture looked good winning last start but that was on a soft tempo and he sprinting hard at the end so got the perfect run. Will be more pace in this and there are some nice horses that will be challenging at the 200 metre mark.
In order: 11-4-5 1st $15 -1-13-15-9-7-2
Race 8
A leg with five live chances. In order: 2 1st $6 -1-12-11-5
Race 9
Need a few here as well. In order: 1-3-2-9 1st $8 -4-12 Quaddie $6236
Morphetville Quaddie preview
Race 6
2.Girl Tuesday was held up last start and was ready to win. Looks hard to beat but will be back in running. 4.Naivasha and 13.Oasis Girl as long as it is still soft, look the only ones to beat her if she gets in trouble again.
Race 7
9.Harbour Views looked a definite improver after running a strong closing third fresh up and he should land closer and be the one to beat. 13.Seabrook can win if he isn’t 100% and 6.Waging War should get the right run in front of harbour Views and is ready to win now.
Race 8
If the inside is off before the first leg, then you have to have the best closers: 7.The Inevitable and 1.Santa Ana Lane.
If playing fairly then 2-3-4-8 can be in.
Race 9
It is a very open race depending on how the track is playing.
In order: 2-5-4-8-10-1-6
Gold Coast quaddie is likely to be the shortest.
Race 6
1.Wisdom Of Water looks a class above these on its speed ratings and looks and is the anchor.
Race 7
11.Milkman looks the obvious one but 2-3-5-7 can win if he gets a tough run from that wide draw.
Race 8
2.Hightail is a definite improver from his strong win fresh up with the blinkers on then.
10.Exhilirates does the look the main danger along with 8.Command’n’conquer
5.Garibaldi third up with a winning run likely, can upset.
Race 9
1.Multaja will get back but is ready to win- just needs to pick the right path.
14.Niedorp has looked very good but strikes a couple of smart ones here.
2.Fiesta trialled very well and drawn ideally.
13.I Love Lucy can win with a 3w cover run.
