Race 3 The H2H with More Prophets $1.95 to beat Indegenous looks good value ( see preview below)

Multi of the day is the head to head above with Doomben race 5 5.Genzai The Wolf to win at $3.00 FF $10 returns $58.50

Good morning,

There are three Quality bets today detailed below. I’ll post an update by 2 p.m. and then a suggested quaddie and maybe a Syndicate quaddie by 4 p.m.

Whanganui greyhounds

Race 5

Confidence: 2/5 and a nice eachway chance

3.Alfie Daman ran a clear second here over 520m beating Derry Blues easily on Feb 26. Fresh up here over 305m he was slow away but did very well to get up for 4th. He’s abig ;long striding dog that needs luck as he doesn’t have early speed. But neither do most of these. From Box 3 he may just be able to drop to the fence and if he can avoid the dodgems into the first turn, he is a great eachway chance at good odds. ( You may need your best performing lucky charm for this raced though!)  RP $8, $12, $3.30 Ff

Race 3

Confidence: 3/5 Quality bet 4.2 units at $2.50 FF 10.5 units returned with 9.4 units spent on the day

5.More Prophets has a strong last start second coming into this. After a slowish start, mainly because the horse next to him was playing up. He fought hard with a good wet track action in a better time than the BM64 race just after and they went out at a similar tempo to the 600m mark. The third horse Momack batted away for third and won well next up. Hugh Bowman is a positive addition and drawn to get a winning run. RP $1.80, $2.50 FF

6.Indegenous is fresh up and won a trial easily recently. Her action is 50/50 on a heavy track so fresh up over 1400m where she will be on pace means she will be vulnerable late. The stable wants the track to improve as well here

Race 5

Confidence: 3/5 Quallity bet 2.8 units at $ 3.50 3rd

5.Genzai The Wolf  last start put up the run of the day when he drew wide, worked up 3w on a solid pace and was urged on the turn, but got a second wind 100m out and drove hard to almost win in the best SR of the day. Drawn to get a winning run this time and looks very hard to beat. RP $2.40, $3.50 FF

 Race 7

Confidence: 3/5 Quality bet 2.6 units at 3.20 FF

1.Lord Desanimaux  2nd is primed to win now back in class and after a strong finishing 5th in a stronger C3 Highway last start. He ran home in the quickest last 200m 11.37, a length quicker than subsequent winner Leg Work just in front of him. Maps to land midfield from his good draw and the step to 1600m is ideal at his peak. RP $2.50, $3.20FF

Race 7

Confidence: 2/5

8.Adversary  ran a strong third behind two progressive horses in Sikorsky and Orleans Rock. He maps to get an ideal run and looks a solid eachway chance. RP $4.20, $4.80 Ff
