The track tends to play fairly on a Heavy 11 track early on then the last turn and inner of the straight can go off later. So if having a decent go at something later in the day near the rail, keep that in mind. It is likely to be around a 1.16 for 1200m track.
The best bet in that case is in the last race and it is the best backed runner all day.
4.Anjameme ran 2nd in a recent Wingatui jumpout with Chris Johnson up and he keeps the ride. She ran a strong finishing 2nd on a heavy 10 track at Matamata with a good action for it. In her debut run at Te Teko on a heavy track she fought gamely for a close third with 6 race winners coming out of it. Drawn wide at gate 12 of 12, which could be the place to be by this time of day and Johnson is best suited to races where he can get back and nurse them into it and unleash with a well timed finish. All but 4 others are maiden runners so they have found the right race for her. RP $2.80, Opened $5 now into $3.80 and on the heavy 11 track the $3 Winsurance 2nd at $3 is worth taking.
