R9   4
R10   1, 3, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13

Race 1

Confidence: 2/5

10.Miss Primitivo two starts back at Hawera left handed over 1600m the way she found the line with strong late strides, running the fastest closing sectionals in all categories, showed she has ability and maybe it is over more ground. Last start right handed at Tauranga drew wide, got back off a soft tempo and didn’t lose any ground but was simply outsprinted. Up to a middle distance back left handed looks a nice option and the 3kgs off is a nice bonus. RP $8, $15 and $4 FF

Race 2

Confidence: 2/5

11.Great North Road won very well two back and just had a very tough run wide in the open last start. Drawn to get a good run on pace and 2300m suits. RP $7, $12 FF

Race 4

Confidence: 2/5

13.Key looked very good winning her recent trial trailing and galloping through the wet ground with ease and a an ideal action for it. Danielle Johnson hops on and should chalk up another one.

Race 7

2.Ha’penny Bridge two good runs  and strikes a weak field. Drawn to get a winning run with J Parkes on.

4.Misterex  two good trial wins and gets 3kgs off.

9.Miss Falvelon  game third here and with a good run could do it.

8.Hermes strong third last start and with a good tempo could do it.

Race 8

9.Jakkano  two strong seconds and gets 4kgs off. A slow to heavy track is ideal.

2.Lucky Viking  nice horse peaking third up.

3.Horopito  good fifth in a stronger field fresh up. This is easier with 3kgs off.

Race 9

Confidence: 3/5

4.Spiderman won strongly here this time last year over 1600m. Three starts back he ran a top race for 2nd at Whanganui, then two solid races in stronger R65 fields at Hastings on better tracks. He will find this easier and a slow to heavy track is fine. Gets 3kgs off  and maps to get a good run about 56th away from the inside which should be the place to stay clear of. Rp $2.70, $3.60 Ff

Race 10

Gee, you can make a case seven runners here. In order: 7-12-1-3-9-13-6
