6.Mabilis Missed after getting every chance  fresh up at Riccarton drew the outside sat in behind the leaders wide, but was blocked on the turn. Once out she started to unwind but was blocked again late looking to have a bit to offer. The side winkers go on and from the good draw, should get a good run in the first four and be the one to beat.

8.Master Lincoln 3rd  $2 last start was a bit stiff as he was going well behind midfield, then was held up for  a few strides before the turn, then took a while to get out, then the rider dropped the rein and he looked to have a fair bit to offer. A better track favours him as his times are some of the best in this field. Chris Johnson jumps back on who rode him into second two starts back on a heavy track. RP $3.80, $4.60

1.He’s Mi Brother 1st $6.50  last start drew wide in a stronger R74 field, snagged back to last off a good tempo and ‘Rattled home late’ according to the commentator. His sectionals backed that up with the best last 200m and 600m of the race in the best speed rating all day. So he is in good form and drops back to a weaker R65 field. Drawn 1 in a race where there is plenty of early speed. He has enough early speed to land three back inner and from there looks a good eachway chance as the gaps should open up with the good tempo.
