R7   367910
R8   169
R9   4678911

Randwiick suggested late quaddie for $9.60

R7   1568
R8   12412
R9   378
R10   812

Randwick

Race 1

Confidence:2/5

12.Fantini  won very well fresh up showing a real will to win and the speed rating was good. Has early speed so from the good draw she can get into a good spot and with that determination she can be a good eachway chance. RP $5, $8 and $2.70 – may pay more closer to race time.

Race 2

Confidence:3/5

7.Red Santa put in an outstanding effort at The Valley last start when 3 wide with cover and was left 3 wide in the open 1300m out and still kept closing for a strong second. The step to 2400m looks ideal and he just needs a good ride to get in one off and from there, looks very hard to beat. RP $2.70, $3.20 FF

Race 4

Confidence: 3/5

11.Loveplanet has won 3 from 5 and looks well placed to make it 4 from 6 in this field. He won very well fresh up and fought hard second up here in a good speed rating. Very nice galloper with a future, so third up, in the right race from the Waller stable, where he maps to land in the first three on a moderate tempo, makes him well placed to win again with James McDonald up. RP $2.20, $2.40 Ff

Race 6

Confidence: 2/5

3.Jamaea  is an above average filly who has won two from five races. The way she trialed up where she was under a hold looming up to them 200m out, and was under strict instructions not to win, shows she is set to win fresh up. Drawn to get an ideal run about 5th or 6th, and get every chance. RP $5, $7.50 FF

Race 7

Confidence:2/5 in an open race for the first leg of the quaddie.

1.Splintex won really well here after a 4 week break in fast time. His recent trial showed he is spot on to win fresh up where he cruised home under a grip out wide to Embracer who was harder ridden. Drawn to get every chance and be the one to beat. RP $3.20, $3.60 FF

Dangers:

6.Prime Star, 5.Chat and 8.Private Eye do look the main dangers.

Race 8

Confidence:2/5

12.Verry Ellegant  is the class horse of the race and looked ready to fire in her recent trial when she got back and ran on under her own steam. WFA races always make her a very good bet. RP $3 $2.90 FF

Dangers:

1.Kolding  is a top horse  who looked in need of his fresh up run.

4.Dreamforce  could get a softish lead and after two trials will be fitter than most.

2.Think It Over drawn to get every chance.

Race 9

Confidence: 2/5

8.Written Beauty drawn to get every chance and bolted in at her recent trial looking very strong. Looks the one to beat from the draw.

Danger:

7.Great News is 3 from 4 fresh up and bolted in at her recent trial and ready to win. Likely to take s it from the wide draw with a heap of speed under her.

3.Tailleur is a very nice galloper and drawn to get a winning run.

Race 10

Confidence:2/5

12.Atishu has won her last four races in NZ. Rarely do you see any horse run home in the sectionals she can. 44.16, 31.94, 21.46 and 10.62 when she came off admittedly a moderate tempo over 1400m but those 200m splits showed just how good she is and she won her next two in top fashion. So she has gone to Wallers stable in winning form and the way she trialed up recently when she came from 3rd outer and glided home looking set to fire up fresh, means she can settle back off an even tempo and dash over these late. RP $3.80, $4.20 FF

8.Bigboyroy a real trier and from a good draw and being an on pace runner, will be the one Atishu has to run down.

The Valley

Race 3

Confidence:2/5

4.Front Page is a very good sprinter who won really well  in good time at Flemington last campaign. He  has drawn to get every chance from a handy draw and beat the favourite with the weight advantage . RP $2.60, $3.30 FF I’d wait till closer to race time to see if the money has come for him as being fresh up you just don’t know how fit he is.

Race 6

Confidence:3/5

1.Jigsaw bolted in fresh up and solid third second up. The blinkers go on at the right time and drawn to cross and lead and be the one to beat around here. RP $2.20, $2.50 FF

Danger:

4.Hilal goes well fresh and trialed well, but gets back and will need luck around here.

Race 7

Confidence:2/5

6.High Emocean nice run fresh up and will be a quick improver especially from the good gate. RP $4.50, $5.50 FF

Dangers:

10.Starcaster 2 from 3 here and drawn to get every chance to make it 3 from 4.

9.Heart Of Puissance trialed very well and has won fresh up.

7.Pancho  very fit and ready to win again.

3.Grand Promenade  is too short at $4 as his action says he may not be suited by this track and drawn out a bit.

Race 8

Confidence: 2/5

1.Ancestry  gets in well at the weights and has the early speed to get across and get a good run.

6.Ballistic Lover drawn to get every chance and can run time.

9.Miss Albania  is 1 from 1 here with a strong win. Won well last start and peaking third up.

Race 9

11.Degraves drawn to get the ideal run and Jamie Kah jumping on. First time on the track against some handy horses though so need cover with  4,6, 7, 8 and 9.
