Race 1

Confidence:3/5

6.Joyful Winkle fought on well  two starts back for third and ran on well here last start for fifth of a three wide with cover run. Should land handy and be tough to beat. RP $3.00, $3.20 FF

The favourite Lebowski, is a bit one paced.

Race 3

Confidence:2/5

9.Ominous ran a game fifth two starts back and looked as though 2000m would have suited next up. But she had a short break and started over 1600m and fought well for third in a good speed rating. She is now ready for 2000m and is bred to excel over a middle distance. Drawn well and should get every chance. RP $2.80, $3.00 FF

Race 4

Confidence:3/5

10.Savacat ran a top 4th two starts back when 3 wide in the open and fought on well in an R65 race. She ran a fair race in the Oaks when checked twice in the run home. Drawn out here and will need a good ride but would just need half a decent run to win this. RP $1.80, $2.00 FF

Race 5

Confidence:3/5

1.Huzzah put in a big run last start and put in some decent sectionals. He is a good looking gelding in a good stable. Drawn out and may snag with the early pace inside. Then should be able to time his run nicely. RP $2.00

Race 7

Confidence:3/5

1.Lerado has run two top seconds and attacked the line hard both times in excellent sectionals. His last run favoured on pace runners as well. He is very fit and ready to win. RP $2.40, $3.00 FF
