6.Terra Mitica won twice in the UK and I had a look at one of them and he won very well on a synthetic track in good time. His run here fresh up was excellent when coming home in the quickest sectionals and she came home in the quickest last 200 ( 11.42 ) for 12th last start. Has trialled since and ran a close second to Habana. Drawn well and she should settle midfield behind a good tempo and with the weight advantage, be a decent chance of getting over them. 6.Swerve raced out of his class fresh up and will be fitter and more suited to this R65 race. Drawn well and he looked good when winning his maiden race and finishing 3rd in R65 company. Good speed here and he can settle midfield and com with one run at them. RP $7, $12 FF

5.Apache Anne closed off strongly second up over 1600m last start. She was unlucky a few times last campaign over middle distances. She was an unlucky second last campaign third up over ground and she is third up here. RP $3.70, $5 FF

13.Nancy She Wrote went a great race fresh up when she jumped well then eased but was caught 3 wide in the open, loomed up on the turn, 2nd 300m out and was swamped in the last 50m in a good speed rating. She has drawn ok and with a better run, Ryan Elliot can finish the day on a winning note. RP$5, $7.50 FF

7. Sinbin looked very impressive when he won here fresh up. The race time and sectionals were excellent and Matt Cameron suits. Should settle midfield with a fast pace up front, and sprint over them. RP $3.00, $3.80 FF

4.Express Yourself was dominant here two back and almost won last start. Gets in here on a winning weight and should get the ideal run. Main danger Shamus is likely to need the run and gives plenty of weight to Express Yourself. $2.20, $2.50 FF

2.Red Sea led and was run down by Velocious who won impressively nest up. The 4th and 5th horses have also won since. He has drawn wide and in his trial he come off the pace and cruised into 3rd place. The wide draw will be fine and he should look for cover and be very hard to beat. RP $2.30. $2.80 FF

7.Magnifique was a dominant winner at her first start over ground last start and can only get better here. She has won here over 2200m sitting 3 wide in the open- a rare feat. Michael McNab rides and will give her every chance. RP $2.60, $3.50 FF

9.Kind Thoughts fresh up looked good closing off in excellent sectionals and flattening out nicely. She looks as though 1600m will suit ideally and has the shadow roll go on. $4, $5.50 FF

2.Aegon is the class horse of the race and looked great at the trials and his exhibition gallop. Drawn wide but with the big field there will be a three wide train and he should settle behind midfield with cover, move into it, and come with the last run over them. Michael Mc Nab is very good on back runners and he will be keen to prove it here on one of the best horses he has ridden. RP $3.60, $4.80 FF
