6.Cardi Bee in her trial at Pukekohe pushed Ardalio with a gap to third and she has gone on to win and just get beaten in strong fields. Then she debuted at Matamata and drew wide and was taken back. She flew for a close 4th in a tight finish and excellent sectionals and was in front full of running just past the post. I like her very good action as well and from the good draw she can get every chance and be too good for these. RP $1.70, $2.45 FF

4.Perspective has had three runs back from a spell and has finished strongly in them. He now steps to a middle distance and has a nice staying action. he ran third at Matamata over ground finishing hard in excellent sectionals. Drawn wide and will rely on at least an even tempo and is a nice eachway bet. RP $5, $5.50 FF

A very open field. Any one of this field could win with no surprise so it is a field job for the quaddie.

11.Wounder won easily last start and steps to 1600m which will suit even more. She won in good time and George Rooke sticks with her. RP$2.80, $3.20 FF

2.Bertie Wooster did not get all favours when racing last start. He got back in a stronger field and ran into a pocket late when finishing on and looked to have a bit to offer. Before that, he got back wide with cover and ran on strongly for second. From the good draw can race handier and in a much weaker field, be the one to beat. RP $3.60. $4.80 FF
