1.Honor The Name won a trial last year in the fastest time and sectionals for the trial meeting beating two subsequent winners but was a bit immature and didn’t place in three starts. She had a break and trialed at Tauranga and was ridden off the pace and closed under her own steam in excellent sectionals for second. Shadow Roll and Tongue tie go on which looks to have worked. She has drawn well and has been set for this Pearl Bonus race and is a good eachway bet. RP $6, $13 FF
Dangers:
9.Emma Twigg closed off strongly for third under wraps in her recent trial and looked good. Has Opie on.
3.Heliosa closed off strongly in her trial after being tailed off. She showed early pace in her raceday starts and has drawn well.
