7.Perfect Chaos showed early natural speed when second at Pukekohe from a wide draw and crossed to 2nd outer then led short of the post and was run down late. Trialled really well at Cambride since beating Bourbon Time easily. George Rooke is riding with great judgement and can get her and across one off and kick and win. 14.Shameless Star was very impressive building to a win two starts back. Then she was held up at Trentham when full of running and she would have won or gone close if she a clear run. There are four favoured runners that won that race so she is great value. This race has a lot of speed and will suit something coming with the last run at them, and that one could be her. 2.Kanshe last start in the Formpro Ratings, rated 113 which is the best of anything by far in her last two starts. And you could have added on a couple more rating points for the severe track bias last start. This is a weaker field and she will have no trouble with the 2000. 4.Circus Trix looks well placed here. She ran a terrific second last start at Trentham when she was back on the inner in a race that favoured on paced runners and put in a big effort to run second in excellent sectionals. She has been racing against stronger fields and there should be at least an even pace here and get every chance to get over these late being a big strong type who relaxes well. RP $3, $3.90 FF
