1.Gin And Bare It has run two improving seconds at her only two starts. Last start, it took a very promising horse to run her down late. She relaxed better in front then and kicked well. This time she has ear covers going on which should make her relax even more. I’ve been through every runner here and none I can see matching her speed so from the good draw, she should lead easily and if she relaxes well, which she should, and gets a soft 200 to 400m, she can kick on these on the turn and be too fast. It is a Pearl series race and she looks very well placed to win with the 3kg allowance. RP $1.80, $2.70 FF

12.Gracetheace 2nd $2.40 is ready to win if everything goes her way. That was a terrific run fresh up on a heavy track here and the speed rating was excellent. Then she had no luck when 3 wide on a good pace but still stuck on well for fifth in the best of the 4 times that day. Then last start she was held up till the race was all over and finished hard for a strong 7th. She has returned much stronger this campaign and a heavy 10 is no problem. Maps to settle behind midfield and with an even pace likely, can win this at nice odds. RP $4, $7.50 and $2.60 Top 3
